For this reason, we offer a 3-month (90 days) warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear, or any alterations made outside the original manufacturing process.

Exchange Policy

At Castellano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your product, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to do so.

We offer international delivery on all purchases. Please note that orders must be received and payment cleared before 2pm Monday – Friday to be eligible for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Next day delivery is not available on weekends or Bank Holidays. Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered one day after the Bank Holiday ends. Please be aware that all deliveries must be signed for, so do make sure that there will be someone present at the delivery address.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch the item as soon as it arrives.
