Because our pieces are handcrafted and may combine woven fibers, Swarovski crystals, semi-precious stones, beads, and gold-plated metal details, they should be handled and stored with care.

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece, we recommend:

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, lotions, cosmetics, and other chemicals.
• Do not wear your pieces in the sea, pool, or jacuzzi.
• Avoid prolonged contact with water, as moisture and chemicals may affect crystals, stones, metals, fibers, and finishes.
• Store your piece in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity, preferably in its original packaging.
• Handle with care and avoid pulling, excessive friction, or unnecessary stress on woven fibers, stones, crystals, closures, and embellishments.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to intense sunlight or heat, as this may affect colors, Swarovski crystals, stones, and finishes.
• When not in use, we recommend storing pieces separately to help prevent scratching, tangling, or friction between materials.

Cleaning

For woven bracelets and textile pieces, gently clean with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild or neutral soap when necessary.
