Most orders are fulfilled from Miami, Florida, USA. Certain pieces or collections may ship directly from Colombia depending on product availability and location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include order processing time.

During holidays, special launches, or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

We offer FedEx shipping throughout the United States.

• Orders of $200 USD or more: Complimentary shipping

Colombia

We offer standard shipping throughout Colombia.

• Shipping rate: $10 USD
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Canada, Mexico & Selected International Destinations

We offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, and selected destinations throughout North America, South America, and the Caribbean.

• FedEx International Priority: $30 USD
• Available shipping options are confirmed at checkout based on the delivery destination.

United Kingdom & Europe

We offer express international shipping to the United Kingdom and selected European destinations.

• Orders under $300 USD: $30 USD
• Orders of $300 USD or more: Complimentary shipping
• Estimated delivery: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch

Available shipping methods, rates, and eligibility may vary depending on the destination. The applicable shipping options and final shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. CASTELLANO is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local import procedures.
