For this reason, we offer a 3-month (90 days) warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear, or any alterations made outside the original manufacturing process.

Exchange Policy

At Castellano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your product, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to do so.
