For this reason, we offer a 3-month (90-day) warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. If your piece encounters any issues during this period, we will be happy to assist you and ensure your experience reflects the same care with which it was created.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear, or any alterations outside the original manufacturing.

At Castellano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange your product, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to do so.

The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also present the receipt or proof of purchase in order for the exchange to be processed.

Our bracelets are handwoven using ancestral techniques, carefully selected materials, and a deep respect for artisanal tradition. To preserve their beauty and ensure durability, we recommend the following:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals.
  
• Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, or exercising.
  
• Store it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, preferably in its original packaging.
  
• Handle it gently to avoid unnecessary pulling or friction.
  

Each piece is made with dedication and patience. Taking care of it is also a way to honor the work, hands, and history of the artisans who create it.

We offer EXPRESS SHIPPING via FedEx, Monday to Friday, across the country.

Please note that orders must be received and payment cleared before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) to qualify for Next Day Delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Next Day Delivery is not available on weekends or holidays.

All deliveries are tracked, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. All orders over $100 include complimentary insured shipping.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch your order as soon as it becomes available.
